The staff were very helpful , especially Niki, she was Awesome. The room offered free tea, coffee, milk, and sugar. I appreciated the clean bathroom, it had all essential toiletries. I was also given a ground floor room, since i had mobility issues.
The curtains were yellow, and the pillows were hard like bricks. the room was also slightly cold

The front staff were excellent, and they were very friendly and accommodating at ALL times. I spoke with Niki she was Awesome. The host made sure I had a ground floor room, THAT was really helpful.

a surprisingly lovely stay!

the room was very clean and quiet, perfect for a restful night! the host found me a ground floor room, because i have mobility issues, so helpful. tea, coffee, milk, and sugar were all provided in the room, a nice touch.

The receptionist was very helpful. The room was clean and quite spacious. I found tea, coffee, milk, and sugar available in the room (which was quite useful).
The hotel's exterior was quite run-down. The window frames looked rotten, and there was litter outside. Wallpaper in my room was peeling.
